The solar motor and cell are already installed ( NEW MODELS HAVE THE SOLAR CELL ON TOP OF THE FUSELAGE) and once the other pieces are connected and then painted by yourselves can be placed by a window to see the solar cell make the energy to turn the propeller. Complete with instructions.
This model does not fly, but when exposed to a light source will operate the propeller.
